¡Adelante Coachella!
Investing in Coachella’s Future
¡Adelante Coachella! is a community information hub focused on a major infrastructure and economic development effort designed to benefit Coachella residents. The proposed Coachella Municipal Utility and Coachella Valley Technology Campus would use private investment to deliver sustained investment and key infrastructure, housing, and public safety improvements, with no new taxes or fees on existing residents.
After a competitive, transparent process lasting more than two years, the Coachella City Council unanimously approved this public-private partnership (P3). Through this partnership, the proposed project will move through regulatory and environmental review processes guided by local decision-making to ensure it reflects community needs, while the City retains control and long-term ownership of the utility.
This site shares clear information about what’s proposed, how the process works, and what comes next. Check back for updates and key milestones, or reach out directly to learn more: info@adelantecoachella.com.
